英語研修プログラム受講規約・English Training Program Terms & Conditions
1. 一般事項・General
本規約は、特別な記載がない限り、すべてのEGLプログラムに適用されます。受講申込をもって、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
These terms and conditions apply to all EGL programs unless otherwise specified. By registering for an EGL program, participants agree to these terms.
2. 実施形式・Program Format
プログラムは原則としてZoomを使用したオンライン形式で実施します。内容により一部対面開催となる場合があります。
Programs are generally conducted online via Zoom. Certain sessions may be held in person, as specified in the program details.
3. スケジュール・内容・Schedule & Content
プログラムのスケジュールおよび内容は変更となる場合があります。講師の都合（出張・体調不良等）により、日程が変更されることがあります。
Program schedules and content are subject to change. Session schedules may be adjusted due to instructor availability, including business travel or illness.
4. 受講料・支払い・Fees & Payment
受講料は、特別な取り決めがない限り、プログラム開始前までに全額お支払いいただきます。詳細は申込時にご案内します。
Program fees must be paid in full prior to the start of a program unless otherwise agreed. Details will be provided at the time of registration.
5. キャンセル・返金・Cancellation & Refund Policy
受講者の事情によるキャンセルは、必ずメールにてご連絡ください。ZenWorksからの返信をもってキャンセル確定となります。
キャンセル時期に応じて以下の通り対応します：
・開始14日前まで：全額返金
・開始13日前〜4日前：返金なし（代理参加またはクレジット付与）
・開始3日前以降または欠席：返金・クレジットともに不可
クレジットの有効期限は、対象講座の開始日より12ヶ月とします。差額の返金は行いません。
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email and are confirmed only upon return email acknowledgment by ZenWorks.
The following policy applies:
• Up to 14 days prior: Full refund
• 4–13 days prior: No refund; substitution or course credit permitted
• 3 days or less / no-show: No refund or credit
Any credit issued will be valid for 12 months from the original course start date. No refunds will be made for any difference in value.
6. 変更・振替・Changes & Substitutions
プログラム開始後の受講内容の変更や受講者の変更は原則として認められません。
Changes to program enrollment or substitution of participants after the program has started are generally not permitted.
7. 催行条件・Minimum Enrollment / Cancellation by Organizer
最少催行人数に満たない場合、プログラムを中止または日程変更する場合があります。
ZenWorks reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program if minimum enrollment is not met.
8. 受講環境・Participation Environment
オンライン受講にあたり、安定した通信環境および受講環境は受講者の責任においてご用意ください。受講者側の通信・機器トラブルによる不具合については責任を負いかねます。
Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and an appropriate environment for attending online sessions. ZenWorks is not responsible for disruptions caused by participants’ technical issues.
9. 録画・資料の取り扱い・Recording & Use of Materials
セッションは内部利用目的で録画される場合があります。受講者による録画・録音・資料の複製・再配布は、事前の書面による許可なく禁止します。
Sessions may be recorded for internal use. Recording, reproduction, or redistribution of program content by participants is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from ZenWorks.
10. 写真・動画の使用・Photographs & VideoZenWorksおよび講師は、セッション中に写真および動画を撮影する場合があります。これらはZenWorksのウェブサイト、SNS等において広報・宣伝目的で使用される場合があります。
ZenWorks and its instructors may take photographs and/or video during sessions. These may be used for promotional and marketing purposes on ZenWorks’ website, social media, and other channels.
11. 知的財産・Intellectual Property
プログラムで使用する教材および講義内容（ZenWorksが作成したもの）の知的財産権はZenWorksに帰属します。なお、教材内で使用される第三者のコンテンツに関する権利は各権利者に帰属します。これらは許可なく商業目的で使用することはできません。
The intellectual property rights of all program materials and instructional content created by ZenWorks are owned by ZenWorks. Any third-party content used in the program remains the property of its respective rights holders. None of these materials may be used for commercial purposes without permission.
12. 行動規範・Code of Conduct
受講者には、節度ある適切な行動をお願いしております。不適切と判断される行為があった場合、受講をお断りすることがあります。
Participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment. ZenWorks reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate.
13. 免責事項・Liability
ZenWorksはプログラムの円滑な実施に努めますが、不可抗力による遅延・変更・中止については責任を負いかねます。
ZenWorks will make reasonable efforts to deliver all programs as scheduled. However, ZenWorks shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control.
14. 機密保持・Confidentiality
受講中に共有される情報および内容については、機密として取り扱うようお願いいたします。
Participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of discussions and materials shared during the program.
15. 個人情報の取り扱い・Personal Information
ZenWorksは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号等の個人情報を、EGLプログラムの運営、受講者への連絡、ならびにZenWorksのサービス、プログラムおよび関連事業に関するご案内の目的で取得・利用します。個人情報は法令に基づき適切に管理し、法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。
ZenWorks will collect and use personal information (such as name, email address, and phone number) for the purpose of administering EGL programs, communicating with participants, and providing information about ZenWorks’ services, programs, and related business activities. Personal information will be handled appropriately in accordance with applicable laws and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
16. 準拠法・Governing Law
本規約は日本法に準拠し、これに従って解釈されます。
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
